Shipping & Returns
To make a return, please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside your return package. Items must be returned neatly packaged & folded, unworn/unwashed, and in re-sellable condition to receive a refund. Please send returned items to:

Shipping:
How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping for all orders €50 and over.
- Please contact us if you need rush or overnight shipping. Rush or overnight shipping is not free. The cost will be calculated based on the shipping address.
- International shipping is available for an additional fee and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I pick my online order up at your physical store?
- If you live near our store and would like to pickup your order, select in store pickup at checkout. We will have your order ready for pickup within 24 hours.
When will my order be delivered?
- Each online order will receive a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order.
What should I expect if I selected local delivery?
- Local deliveries (within 10 miles of the stores) will receive free shipping. We will no longer be hand delivering any local deliveries. They will all go through USPS.
